Meet Our Manager: Kacey McLeod

If you’ve had an unforgettable experience at The Underground, chances are Kacey McLeod had something to do with it.

Born and raised right here in Flat Rock, Kacey has been a dedicated part of the Hussey family team for the past eight years, growing with us and shaping the space into what it is today. She’s more than just a manager — she’s the glue that holds it all together.

Recently married, Kacey has spent the past year not only planning her own wedding and bridal shower (which, of course, she hosted right here at The Underground!), but also organizing dozens of engagement parties, bridal showers, and weddings for our clients. She brings a uniquely personal touch to every event — because she knows exactly what it feels like to be in your shoes.

What Makes Kacey So Special?

  • Flat Rock local who knows and loves this community

  • Passionate about decorating and bringing visions to life

  • Treats every client like family

  • Offers hands-on support from planning through the final clean-up

  • Incredible attention to detail — nothing gets overlooked

  • Prioritizes exceptional customer service in every interaction

Whether it’s setting the perfect tablescape, making sure your playlist hits just right, or quietly solving problems behind the scenes, Kacey is our right-hand woman and your greatest ally in making your event a success.

She’s not just here to help — she’s here to celebrate with you, to support you, and to make sure your event runs smoothly from beginning to end. Her passion, creativity, and commitment to excellence are part of what makes The Underground such a special place.

From Her Event to Yours

Having experienced The Underground as both a manager and a bride, Kacey knows just how meaningful it is to create moments that your guests will remember forever. That’s why she puts her whole heart into every celebration that comes through our doors.

We couldn’t do what we do without her — and once you meet her, you’ll understand why.
